Error: Request retry count exceeded. Max retry count: 5

Overview
When refreshing a report, the following message appears in the Status side panel:

Request retry count exceeded
max retry count: 5
Cause
This error can result when the connection to the ERP is quite slow, and the server has timed out before it was able to complete the requested action.
Workaround
There are a couple of steps which may help with this situation.
First, in the Velixo Options, configure the setting for Maximum number of operations per API request in Sage Intacct
to no more than 8:
If this helps, you can try increasing the value to 16, but higher settings are not recommended.
Finally, if this is something that has started happening recently, ask your system administrator if any additional web service integrations have been recently enabled (this is the most frequent problem that causes clashes with Velixo).
