Description
The PROJECTBEGINNINGAMOUNT function calculates the beginning amount of one or more project(s) and task(s) as of a specific period.
Syntax
PROJECTBEGINNINGAMOUNT(Connection, Project, Task, AccountGroup, CostCode, InventoryItem, AsOfPeriod, Branch, UseProjectCurrency, UseMasterFinancialCalendar)
Parameters
The PROJECTBEGINNINGAMOUNT function uses the following parameters (see our article on Filtering Velixo functions):

Connection | Required | The name of the connection as configured in the Connection Manager |
Project | Required | The Project(s) to include |
Task | Optional | The Task(s) to include |
AccountGroup | Optional | The Account Group(s) to include |
CostCode | Optional | The Cost Code(s) to include |
InventoryItem | Optional | The Inventory Item(s) to include |
AsOfPeriod | Required | The financial period in MM-YYYY format |
Branch | Optional | The Branch(es) in include. Requires Acumatica or MYOB Acumatica 2019 or later; in earlier versions, this parameter must be left blank. |
UseProjectCurrency | Optional | TRUE/FALSE value indicating if the amount should be returned in the project's currency (default = FALSE) |
UseMasterFinancial Calendar | Optional | Use Acumatica's Master Financial Calendar instead of the financial calendar defined within the specific tenant associated with the connection being accessed (this can be useful for consolidation reports). Possible values:
