Error: The file ve300310 does not exist

Overview

When using Budget Writeback, the following message is displayed:

The file '/pages/ve/ve300310.aspx' does not exist.

Cause

When using Velixo NX or Velixo Classic either in Customization Mode, or when using Single Sign-on to access the ERP, the Budget Writeback feature uses page VE300310 as part of the writeback process.

If the Customization Project is subsequently uninstalled, the ERP can still report to Velixo that the customization is present, but the necessary page will no longer be available.

Since both Velixo NX and Velixo Classic (when using SSO to access the ERP) require the Customization Project, this message lets you know that a necessary component is missing.

Resolution

Re-install and publish the Customization Project.
