While performing a Budget Writeback, the following message is diplayed:

The file '/pages/ve/ve300310.aspx' does not exist.

Cause

This can occur when the connection defined to Acumatica uses single sign-on (SSO) for authentication. Using the Budget Writeback feature sign SSO requires that the Acumatica Customization Package be installed.

Resolution

An Acumatica administrator would need to install the Acumatica Customization Package.

Note: this message can also be displayed if the Acumatica Customization Package has already been installed for the VE300310 page has been removed from the site map. In which case, an Acumatica administrator would need to be Updating the Customization Package
